Umberto is a luxury country villa made by a house and an ancient watchtower, used in the Middle Ages to control the territory of Chianti. The complex develops on three floors and it was turned into a beautiful villa for 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, in a roomy space of 220 sq mt. The house has a patio overlooking two hectares of private park.
The finishings are in authentic Tuscan style with a stone fireplace, terracotta floorings, wooden beam ceilings, all in a characteristic rural style and yet very refined with any contemporary equipment and materials. All the villa is fully airconditioned and covered by wifi internet service.
On the ground floor a very large living room with elegant sitting area and library, a dining room with a big table and a fully equipped kitchen with a decorated built-in surface and a fireplace. An excellent private chef service is available for guests in the villa.
On the first floor are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with shower or tub with luxury finishings, furniture and carpentry.
In the basement floor guests can find an amazing games room with a French pool table, a poker table, a wet bar with minifridge, a reading area with comfortable leather armchairs, a Satellite TV and board games for children and adults.
In a separate space is fitness room with a treadmill, gym equipment and a small sauna for 2 people, along with a private laundry.
The cottage is in the middle of a farming estate with olive trees where guests can find a tennis court available.
The location of the villa is centrally located in the middle of Tuscany, within 1 hour from all main cities like Florence, Pisa, Siena or Lucca and about 90 minutes from Cinque Terre and the coast.
